Over the past seven years, Agenda Group has acted as SimCorp’s partner in developing, designing and executing its International User Committee Meeting (IUCM). We conceived IUCM as a way of engaging with clients from across the world through dialogue activities supporting loyalty and brand equity. THE PURPOSE

The aim of IUCM is to establish an annual event as the principal marketing activity of the company, while maintaining relevance and quality of both content and experience design throughout shifting locations. We conceived IUCM as a way of engaging with clients from across the world, through activities supporting loyalty and brand equity.

WHAT WE DID

Over the past seven years, Agenda Group has acted as SimCorp’s partner in designing and executing its annual client event called: International User Committee Meeting (IUCM). Every year, 500 to 600 clients, experts and partners gather in a European capital. The conference revolves around a three-day programme of strategic and practical value, consisting of interactive focus groups, hot topics, solution breakouts and plenary lectures, all designed to address issues relating to the company’s product, while sharing insights and best practices.

The Results

Agenda Group has acted as SimCorp’s partner on a journey that has taken us to Berlin, Stockholm, Geneva, Amsterdam and Paris, with more destinations to follow. The yearly conference has supported SimCorp’s brand through long-term involvement of clients, and it has become an event clients look forward to. Meanwhile, the number of attendees has increased from 350 to 600 over the years, with extremely positive feedback. In the broad picture, IUCM has helped position the company by facilitating an involving and engaging dialogue with its key stakeholders.
